HAL Non Executive Cadre Recruitment 2024 – Apply Online for 57 Posts

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) issued an advertisement for Non-Executive Cadre Diploma Technicians and Operators on tenure basis. There are 57 openings in different posts. All eligible candidates can apply online. Application Process Application process starts on 07th November 2024 and applicants can apply till 24th November 2024. The application process is for technical positions in various fields, and candidates will be short-listed based on qualifications and performance on the basis of a written examination scheduled on 22nd December 2024.

Registration Process

1. Before Registering, Candidates Should Possess:
   • Valid E-Mail ID (should remain active until the completion of the selection process),
   • Caste/Tribe Certificates (if applicable),
   • All Certificates/Testimonials related to Qualifications,
   • Photograph (Passport Size, in JPG format, size between 30KB and 50KB),
   • Signature (Scanned, in JPG format, size between 30KB and 50KB),
   • Details of Employment and Post Qualification Experience.


2. Application Submission: Candidates must apply online through the HAL Website (www.hal-india.co.in) between 07-11-2024 to 24-11-2024 (23:59 Hrs). No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Selection Procedure

1. Written Test: The selection will involve a written test to be conducted at Hyderabad on 22-12-2024 (tentative). The test will include:
   • Part I: 20 questions on General Awareness,
   • Part II: 40 questions on English & Reasoning,
   • Part III: 100 questions on the concerned discipline.


2. Cut-off Marks: Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Ex-servicemen are exempt from the cut-off marks.


3. Admit Card: Candidates must download the admit card from the HAL website (www.hal-india.co.in) after receiving intimation via e-mail.


4. Test Details: The written test will be 2 ½ hours long, consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There is no negative marking. Candidates must bring:
   • Admit Card,
   • One recent Passport Size Colour Photograph,
   • One Original Photo Identity Card (Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.),
   • Xerox copy of the Photo ID (self-attested).


5. Merit-based Selection: Selection will be based on the marks scored in the written test. Candidates will be called for Document Verification based on merit.


6. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the written test will undergo Document Verification. They must provide original certificates related to qualifications, experience, age, caste/tribe/class, etc. Any candidate failing to provide the necessary documents will not be considered for selection.


7. Final Selection: Final selection will depend on performance in the written test and document verification. Candidates will be called for document verification in order of merit, and only those meeting the eligibility criteria will be selected.


8. Character & Antecedents Verification: Candidates’ character and antecedents will be verified by concerned authorities as per the company’s rules.
